About Goodland MKE

Good Apartments. Good People. Good Value.

Goodland MKE has been providing homes to Milwaukee renters since 1999, when Eric Seegers began renting apartments in the area. What started as a growing rental business operated for several years under the name GatoCity Properties before becoming Goodland MKE in 2021.

Today, we own and manage more than 800 apartment units throughout Milwaukee and the surrounding communities. While our name has evolved, our philosophy has remained the same: rent nice apartments to nice people.

We believe finding a great place to live shouldn't mean paying luxury prices, settling for less, or compromising on what matters most. Our focus is on quality, value, and well-maintained apartments that people are proud to call home.
