I rented from Goodland MKE (formerly Gato City) for a few years on the Eastside. They were always quick to reply to messages or concerns, friendly, laidback and professional as well. Affordable rentals for the Eastside. They were even super helpful after I moved out and some packages accidentally got delivered to my old place. I would recommend them, and I would rent from them again.

I have lived at the Beaumont for 4 years and it is my favorite apartment I have ever lived at. The management is incredibly friendly, maintenance takes usually less than 24 hours, and they make sure that their tenants are satisfied. They clean their properties really well and also make sure that the grass is mowed, snow is shoveled, and walkways are salted. Max is incredible too! He is great at communication and is really helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Milwaukee area!

I've lived in three of the buildings (2019 N Farwell, 1639 N Farwell, and 609 Mitchell St) and I've really loved my experiences here. I've had a lot of maintenance requests over the 3+ years and they are always handled super quickly and professionally. I recently asked for and got new carpet in my apartment and I really appreciated that! Staff are quick to respond to text messages, and I see our on-site manager working all the time keeping things around the property looking nice.
